Why does the Main menu customization setting not save... The layout and menu just goes back to normal when I sign in again next time??

Let's make sure the customized layout and menu show up every time you sign in to your account, Jason.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) gives you quick access to the most important job centers on your menu. Aside from that, you can customize the menu's interface to how you want it to show. Technically, once you've already saved the customized setting, this will not be changed and will always remain every time you log in to your account.

We can perform some troubleshooting steps so we can fix this issue. There are times when your browser is full of frequently accessed page resources that can cause unusual responses. To isolate this, you can log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private window. I've provided the shortcut keys below:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
• Control + Option + P (Safari).
• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Microsoft Edge).
   

Once done, double-check if it is still not saving the settings. If it is, return to your default browser and clear the cache to speed up the loading process. Sometimes the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. You can clear it to refresh the system. This way, you can work with a clean slate.  Otherwise, try switching to another supported browser.
