Why has my direct debit changed to A$50/month instead of the agreed A$38/monthPosted because you obviously don’t have email support anymore

Let me explain to yo how this happens, @searay2000.

 

It seems like your subscribe to QuickBooks Online Plus. The charge for this subscription is $35/month for the first 3 months and another $3.00 for the taxes. 

 

However, after three months, you'll be charge for the full amount which is $50/month.

  1. Click the Help icon, then select Contact us.
