Why is payment not being excepted on one of my invoices? Other invoices are excepting payment

Let's try to log out and log back into your QuickBooks account to refresh your connection. 

 

If these steps don't work, you can resend the invoice to your customer.

 

If you're still unable to fix your payment issues, you may contact Customer Support:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks company file.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us and follow the steps to connect with us.
