You askedWhen I write a invoice and send to the person paying me it keeps coming up with the amount due as $0 or I have been paid.

Hello there, @howiesgardencare.

 

Let's turn off Automatically apply for credits from the account and settings.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click Account and Settings.
  3. Select Advanced.
  4. In the Automation section, uncheck the Automatically apply credits.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Hit Done.
