Error is saying the the Product & Servixe does not exist in my quickbooks account while I have copied the same anme from QuickBooks.
Hello. I need help to use Quickbooks online!! Here're some inquiries about deleting features.1. When we wanna remove multiple invoices, do we have to click each invoice/estimate/payment and 'delete' button one by one? Only this way is available? No 'delete' button on Sales list!2. Only 'inactive' button on Customers / Services and Product list. Can you explain why there's No 'delete' feature? There is 'delete' feature for invoice/estimate/payment.3. We tried to delete some items manually on Services and Product list as guided.But some of them cannot be deleted! The error message continue to appear as the attached image.Please check it. very confused.It's test sample data so we don't need it but still on our list again and again!What does "default service" mean in the error message?? Hi! I'm wondering how to record a transaction involving renting out space. I have a client who owns a restaurant that has some outdoor seating. They're renting that outdoor seating space to a church every week because of current COVID rules requiring outdoor meetings. This isn't part of their usual business activities. What should I record this income as? I'm thinking of creating an account like 'special event income' or something like that, but I'm not sure how something like this is customarily recorded. Any advice? Thanks!
Hello.I'm Jenny. We have used QuickBooks Plus and tested many things before using it to our customers.We wonder if you could delete some test data we want for us.For example, We want to keep our settings (that's why no reset is possible) , but want to delete only invoices/estimates/payments and Products/Services List.So Please let me know if there's another way but deleting one by one manually. P.S. Only "Make inactive" can be shown on Products and Services menu. There's no "Delete" button on Products and Services menu.? How can I remove sample data?? Looking forward to quick reply!
