Billing and other Intuit account related-concerns require the collection of personal data to view your subscription. Since the safety of your account is our top priority, I recommend contacting our QBO Care Team.


They can check the charges for your subscription in a secure space. Then, provide detailed information on how to resolve the issue.


To reach them:

 

  1. Click on the Help icon at the top to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. Enter the issue/topic in the field box.
  3. Tap the Contact Support Team link and then choose Chat for real-time assistance.
