It seems like every one of my products are duplicated. When I am choosing a product from a product list there are always 2 identical choices, one works and the other appears to be inactive. But I can’t tell the difference – they look identical on the list. I just have to try one and see if I get an error. The error says “Something you’re trying to use has been made inactive. Check the fields with accounts, customers, items, vendors or employees.” I’ve gone to my product list and I cannot find the inactive products.
Would i be able to access the client ledger if i create a new user using a secondary email ??

I have completed linking by bank account with QBO however, I have been receiving this message, " Something isn't working. Complete some security steps for Hang Seng (HK) - Business Banking. Then we'll get your latest transactions. (185)" The think is, I tried completing that few times already.
Customers are not syncing to QBO. Getting error- An unexpected error occurred while accessing or saving your data. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
how can i create a new company in OMAN
This just started happening in March and the call center doesn't seem to understand the issue.
New fee rate started today. I'm thinking of switching to another company.
I tried entering the details of the bank account under the billing address, but unfortunately it still does not allow me to proceed.
I have tried everything I can think of. Since I am able to print a sample receipt, the setup must be OK. Saw some steps like updating the app, restarting the tablet and the printer, removing the blue tooth connection and reconnecting. I cannot think of what else can be wrong. Please help
