-20200 An application error has occurred while processing your request. This error is coming when I tried to open Expenses

I was entering bills for a specified vendor. Then I tried opening one of the bills to apply payment to all bills at once. But prompt says the bill was already deleted. Then I tried opening Expenses, but the above error comes.

These are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If the error is fixed after this, then the issue is likely caused by your browser. You'll want to clear your regular browser cache. Another option is to use other supported browsers.

 

If the issue still occurs after performing the troubleshooting, you'll want to contact our support team to have your account checked and get this behavior investigated further. Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click Help (?).
  3. Type in "Talk to a human," then press Enter.
  4. Select Contact Support Team.
