Hi there, shrikrishnagrani.

 

Are you trying to cancel multiple QuickBooks Online accounts? If so, you'll need to log in to each account and cancel them one at a time. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  2. Go to the Gear or Settings ⚙ icon, then select Account and settings.
  3. Proceed to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're cancelling a trial, select Cancel trial.
  5. Follow the succeeding prompts or steps to complete the cancellation. 

 

Once cancelled, your account will become a read-only file for a year. Then, the system will automatically delete everything after that. Here's an article about this process for more details: Cancel Your QuickBooks Online Subscription.
