Account did not get resubscribed after making the payment online

I processed the payment of Max 36000 INR but the amount did not get debited from my account nor is the quickbook account resubscribed yet.

 

pls help with a fix asap

Thanks for letting us know about this here in the Community, @Aj-77. I'd be glad to take care of your concern about not being able to re-subscribe to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

 

Before resolving your concern, may I ask if you received an error message upon re-subscribe to your QuickBooks Online account? Any additional information is greatly appreciated.

 

Please be aware that the billing for all QuickBooks Online accounts happens overnight, so the charge does not occur until after midnight. If you re-subscribe today at June 10, 2022 the next charge date would be at June 11, 2022 and the charge would occur very early on Jun 11, 2022.

 

In case you receive no billing charges after midnight, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support team. This way, they can help you process the reactivation of your QBO account. To begin, here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

 

If you received an error prompt when you tried to re-subscribe your QBO account, I recommend performing some basic troubleshooting to rule out the possibility of a webpage problem. You'll need to access your account in an incognito browser. It allows the program to run without storing cache or cookies that might cause problems when running intuit sites.

 

You can use these shortcut keys to open an incognito window:

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
  • Ctrl + Option +P if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge

 

Once done, you'll want to access your account and try to re-subscribe again. If this works, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache to refresh the background process of your browser settings: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
