hi can i upgrade my QB to have more then one company or must i register another company with username and password

Thank you for considering to add another QBO company. I'm happy to help you.

 

You can only have one QBO plan per company. Therefore, you will need to subscribe to another QBO plan for your additional company. You can use the same username and password when subscribing because that's associated to your Intuit account.
 

  1. Choose your country: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
  2. Scroll down to see the list of QBO plans (Simple Start, Essentials, Plus).
  3. Choose a billing cycle if it's available (Monthly or Annual).
  4. Click Buy now or Free 30-day trial on your select plan.
  5. On the next page, you'll be asked to create your Intuit account. However, you already have one and you're just adding another QBO plan to it, so you can directly click on Sign in.
  6. Enter your username and password and follow the onscreen instructions to finish the setup.

 

After subscribing, you will see two QBO companies when you log in. If you need to switch from one company to another, just click on the Gear icon and choose Switch company.
