Question

After adding a standard user to my team and was invited to Quickbooks. However, when he signed up, it required him to type the code number that was sent to the owner!!

" by owner I mean the admin", this problem only occur with this guy, while the other team members have no problem to access their account on Quickbooks

Thank you for posting in the QuickBooks Community. I'll help you resolve the issue with your member's sign in.

 

The verification code will only be sent to the owner if the member uses the owner's sign in details. 

 

The best thing we can do is to remove the member from the user's list and invite him again. However, if the same thing happens, please let the member contact our QBO Support to check this further using more tools. They have access to account.
