Annual Subscription convert to Client under Accountant.

Hi,

I need to convert my client from Annual Customer billing to Monthly Accountant Billing.

I taken  the subscription to the client under old scheme for accountant and Now I need to convert the client to new monthly billing scheme.

Now the account is blocked for renewal. Pls help me to get the contact No or discussion.

Hello, Harikumar_KTM.

 

Getting a new client is great. If a client already has QuickBooks and want to become part of your wholesale billing plan, you can take over their subscription. Since their account is subject for renewal, you can provide this article on how they can reactivate their account: Renew my account subscription.

 

Once done, ask your client to invite you as a user to their company. Here's an article for the instructions: Invite you to become their accountant.

 

Finally, inform your client to give you permission to take over the billing.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Ask your client's master admin to sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Gear > Account and settings.
  3. On the left panel, click Billing & Subscription.
  4. Select the Allow billing transfer to your accountant link.
  5. Choose the name of the accounting firm you want to transfer billing to.
  6. Press Allow transfer.

If your client is unable to resubscribe to their QuickBooks Online account, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team by following these steps:

 

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Start a chat or Call us.

For the new QuickBooks Assistant help update, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, and select Talk to a human.
  2. Choose Talk to a human again. 
  3. Proceed with I still need a human.
  4. Click the Contact us link.
  5. Select either Start messaging or Get a call.
