Additionally, try accessing QuickBooks Online using a different web browser, or switch to incognito/private mode to check. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

You can also switch to a different supported browser, such as  Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

 

Furthermore, if your customers are paying at the time of purchase, consider using a sales receipt.

It doesn’t work also when I use different browsers, it’s seem like your system format setting, because print bill receipt is no problem, please double check your system settings at your end.
