Can anyone advise me regarding subscription overcharge, as ive tried [removed] & com without success.online chat no help either as was cut off each timeTom ?

Hello 
I wish to query the 4 charges on above online account .
As a previous PAP  on QB Desktop for past 20 years(now Retired)
I was advised that my perpetual QB2016 licence would not work post 30/06/2023
I set up Simple start on 24/04/23 with a discount of 70% as offered.
I moved my data file with movemybooks 
During the update I was required to  update to essential which I appreciate
was necessary due to my existing file size and makeup.
As a result I have been changed for multiple changes with no discount alloawed
as offered .
As I( only require simplestart to continue my accounting records i would appreciate
a credit to correct the overcharges levied .

It's important to note that discounts are typically applicable only for the initial months of your subscription. After the discount period ends, the regular monthly rate will automatically be applied to your account.

 

We also need to review your billing history to investigate the multiple charges on your account. Therefore, I suggest reaching out to our support team. They will be able to verify your account and address the specifics of the charges with you.

 

Here's how to reach out to them: 

 

  1. Click Help in the upper-right hand corner of QBO.
  2. Type in "support" and press Enter.
  3. Select Contact Support Team.
  4. Type in "support" once again and press Enter.
  5. Click No, I still need help.
  6. Select Contact Support Team.
  7. Click Chat with us.
