Can anyone tell me how to subscribe for QB. Due to RBI mandate my subscription is not getting accepted

QB is showing server error every time when resubscription has to get activated

I'll help you resubscribe your account, shwetha.

 

We have suspended the credit/debit card option due to the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI's) new mandate, which is why your payment was not accepted. You can use Net Banking to resubscribe your account and add/update your payment information. I'll show you how to do it.

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Setting ⚙ at the top.
  3. Choose Account and Settings, then Billing & Subscription.
  4. Select Subscribe, and enter the updated company profile.
  5. Hit Save, then select Net Banking under the Payment Information type and enter your bank information.
  6. Once done, click Subscribe.
