Can i cancel refund request?

This is regarding duplicate payment made on 21st April 2022 while purchasing QuickBooks. And I have made a request to refund the duplicate payment. but, so far i didn't got any feedback and i want to continue this account. hence, please do not interrupt this account now

I can point you in the right direction who can assist you with your refund. 
 

As much as I'd love to address your concern about your concern, only our Customer Care Support can do so. They have the tools to pull up and look into your account securely and explain the components of how you can get a refund.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Type Talk to a human.
  3. Enter your issue or question on the What can we help you with box.
  4. Choose I still need a human.
  5. Select the Start messaging option.
