Can i Full reset my Quickbook company or start new one because purgecompany didn't fix the issues in my account, i couldn't use my quickbooks right now?

Back end in quickbooks not working like dashboard and flows i can't even change setting in my quickbook company like logo and other stuff

If you are using QBO Simple Start or your account > 60 days old, you should open a new blank QBO account and cancel the old one.

Where is your company located? Try opening your QBO account on private/incognito browser.
