Can I get a refund on subscription. I forgot to cancel earlier and the money taken from the account isn’t mine?

I'm sad to see you go, @gleecosmeticsng-. I'm here to guide you in requesting a subscription refund in QuickBooks.

 

I'd suggest getting in touch with our live support. You can send us a message by selecting the Start a chart option. They can pull up your account and process the refund for you. They can verify which account the money was taken from.

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Type in "Contact Support."
  3. Select Contact Support Team.
  4. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  5. Click the Contact Support Team link.
  6. Choose Start a chat.

 

Furthermore,  QBO will hold on to your data up to one year. I'd suggest saving all of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data by exporting the information so it can be saved, stored, and transferred digitally if needed. You can also pick up where you left off if you decide to come back.
