Can i print class name on my purchase orders?

I'm here to share information showing class names when printing purchase orders in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In QBO, printing purchase orders with class names are unavailable. However, we can set up a custom field and manually add the class name to show it.

Here's how:

1. Click the + New.
2. Tap the Gear icon.
   
3. Click Add custom field.
4. Enter the class name.
5. Select the forms and make sure to turn on Print on form to the purchase order.
6. Hit Save.

Please see the screenshot below for visual preferences.

Once done, we'll be able to see the class name when printing purchase orders.
