Are you trying to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription? If so, you can follow the steps below. Note: For paid and trial subscriptions, after you cancel the account, we hang on to your data for one year. This lets you pick up where you left off if you decide to come back. Then, the data will be deleted after that.

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  2. Go to the Gear ⚙ > Account and Settings.
  3. On the left panel, click the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online link. If you're cancelling a trial, select Cancel trial.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to cancel.
