I understand how important it is for your sales manager to use the app seamlessly while managing sales activities on the go. However, only administrators and most standard users can access the app. Others will need to switch to a web browser to log in.

If you've granted your sales manager the necessary access, let's refresh the application's data to troubleshoot this and ensure the program runs smoothly. Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
   
3. Click YES to confirm.
