Hello there, @Adriaan.

Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to get rid of the error message in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Based on the error you've encountered, you may have a browser cache-related issue in your account. That's why you're seeing error while accessing QBO. Your browser saves files to load websites faster on your next visit. But over time, it'll get outdated, which can cause errors and performance issues using QBO.

To fix this, you can perform some troubleshooting steps. Start by pulling up your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  • Control Option (Safari)

If your no longer seeing the error after signing in to your QBO account, return to your default browser and clear its cache. This will refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performance issues. However, if this matter continues, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.

Once everything is all set, you may also want to check out on of our Help pages as your reference to guide you in managing your business growth and transactions using QBO: QuickBooks Learn and Support. It includes help articles, Community discussions with other users, and video tutorials, to name a few.

Please feel free to leave a comment below if you have other account management concerns in QBO. I'm always ready to help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @Adriaan.
