Can't connect BEA (HK) to quickbnooks. Account no. & password are all correect.

If I may ask, did you receive an error 103 when attempting to connect to your bank? If so, this means your banking credentials in QBO are incorrect.

 

To isolate the issue, let's verify your bank sign-in information. Before doing so, ensure that your browser does not auto-fill your credentials. This can be the reason why you can't connect. However, if the issue persists, I recommend checking if you can sign in to your bank's website using the same credentials.
