Can't Login due to subscription

Hi,

Previously i sign up Quickbook with local agent. I made monthly payment via agent. Now the agent told me, they already assign my debit card for monthly payment directly to Quickbook. Unfortunately i still can't used quickbooks due to subscription issue.

Who is your "local agent"? Ask them to transfer the Primary Admin role to your end and you can update your payment details. Are you still able to login as Company Admin?
