I can help you sync data to your QuickBooks Online company, @accounts-india-a.

Before anything else, I'd like to clarify if it's bank transactions or a file that you want to sync to QBO?

If you don't want to enter anything manually, then you can add your financial institution to QBO and download your transactions.  Here's how:

  1. Click on Bookkeeping, choose Transactions, then hit Bank transactions.
  2. Choose Connect account for first-time connection. Or choose Link account if you've created one already.
  3. Locate your bank. You can connect to most banks, even small credit unions.
  4. Click on Continue. Then log in to your bank by filling in your banking username and password.
  5. Perform the onscreen steps to connect. Your bank may need additional security checks. It may take a few minutes to connect.
  6. Choose any accounts you want to connect like your savings, checking, or credit card. Then select the matching account type from your chart of accounts in QuickBooks.
  7. Choose how far back you want to download transactions. Some FI let you download the last 90 days of transactions. Others can go back as far as 24 months.
  8. Once done, click on Connect.

After that, you can proceed to downloading and categorising the transactionns.

If you're unable to find your bank and you still want to upload transactions to QBO, see this: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

On the other hand, if you want to import files into QBO, read this helpful guide for the detailed steps: Move your Data into QuickBooks Online International.

If you'd still want to speak to someone about this, I suggest reaching out to Customer Support.
