You can switch your billing from monthly to annual basis by following these steps:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Go to Gear > Account and Settings.
3. On the left panel, click Billing & Subscription.
4. Select the Switch to annual billing link.
5. Hit Switch, and then Done.
