Question

Can we print checks while in the 30-day trial period? I'm trying to print check but the format I see when I preview is not the design printable to my pre-printed checks.

You can still enjoy just like an ordinary subscription when you're signed up for free trial, titanandassociat.

Printing cheques is quick and easy in QuickBooks Online. To get started, you can follow the steps below.

  1. Click + New.
  2. Under Suppliers, select Cheque.
  3. Choose the Payee from the drop-down list.
  4. Specify the Bank Account where the money will be withdrawn.
  5. Complete the cheque fields.
  6. Select the Print or Preview option to print the cheque.
  7. Click Save and close.

Also, the information that you'll see on your checks is the Payee, amount, address, and date for when checks are issued.

For future reference, you can run the Check Details report in QuickBooks Online. Please see this article: Run Reports in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you need anything else. I'll be here to help you anytime.

@titanandassociat

If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 3 or 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular rate.
