If you subscribe directly through QuickBooks Online, you can open your mobile web browser to upgrade your trial subscription. I'll show you how.

1. Open a web browser from your Android phone, the log in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Go to the Settings ⚙, then Account and settings.
3. Select the Billing & subscription tab.
4. Make sure your payment info is up-to-date.
5. In the QuickBooks Online section, click Subscribe Now.
6. Complete all the details required.
7. In your subscription summary, select Annual Billing or Monthly Billing.
8. Once done, hit Subscribe, then OK, got it.

If you subscribe through Google Store, the option to upgrade your subscription isn't possible. You'll have to request to transfer your billing to Intuit.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help menu.
2. From the Assistant tab, enter a brief description of your concern. Example: Upgrade my QBO account purchased from the Google Store.
3. Type in Talk to a human.
4. Select Yes, then Get help from a human.
5. Click Start a Chat.

Once your billing has been transferred, please follow the steps above to upgrade your trial subscription.
