Can you help resolve... bank error 103 on global account, with correct credentials and done with troubleshooting through customer service call?

Before anything else, I'd like to know what specific bank you're utilizing.

 

On top of that, I appreciate your effort in contacting our support to fix the banking error 103. Since you confirm that the credentials you provided are correct, we'll need to sign in to your bank account in QuickBooks.

 

Please know that there are two ways to connect, an existing connection and a new one. You can read this article for detailed info: Fix bank error 103.

 

If you already performed this and the issue persists, I recommend the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team again to gain updates about the case you raised. Also, we received similar cases, they might have the fix once you call back.
