If you mean you can't sign in to your account or forgot the User ID, allow me to assist you on how to recover it. 

  1. On the Sign In page, select the link for I forgot my user ID or Password.
  2. This will bring you to the Get help signing in to QuickBooks window.
  3. From there type in your phone number or email address in the field box and then click Continue.
  4. Choose how you want to reset your login information: Get a code emailed to or Recover my account a different way. Then choose the Continue button.
  5. If you used your email address to verify the account, you’ll receive an email with your user ID.
