I traying many times to cancel but there is a problem on it. how do I do that?

Let me get the help you need to ensure you can cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

In the meantime, to cancel your account, follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to QBO as an admin user. 
  2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
  5. Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.
