Hello there, @mary90.

 

We can only cancel your other account so that you will not be billed for the subscription fee. I'll be glad to walk you through the steps of doing it.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear ⚙ icon.                                    
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
  5. Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.
  6.  For billed subscriptions, you can still view the records of the canceled account for a year.

 

Once done, an email confirmation will be sent. Also, we'll hold on to your account for a year. I recommend printing or exporting forms and reports for future use. Check this article on how to export: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1779266.
