Before that, we'll appreciate it if you could share the error message you encountered when resubscribing and the troubleshooting you performed with our support. This way, we can narrow the possible causes and provide the most appropriate resolution.

 

It's more likely that you used incorrect login credentials when accessing your QBO account, that's why you're unable to resubscribe. To resolve this, visit accounts.intuit.com to reset your password. To do that:

 

  1. Click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter either username or email address and click Submit.
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
  4. Click the URL embedded in the email and enter a new password.

 

Additionally, reviewing your case requires pulling up your account information securely. Since Community is a public forum, we're unable to accomplish that here. In light of this, I recommend reaching out to our customer service team so they can follow up and provide updates about your pending case.
