Creating new users accounts

Hello,

I have invited new users in to the QB online, the have followed the link but after inputting details and clicking create account, there is no response and therefore they cannot proceed to finish and log in. What could be the problem and how can i assist them.

I want to make sure your new users can successfully accept the user invitation to access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

 

You'll want to ask the new users to input the details using a private browser. This way, we can check if it's the browser that's causing this behavior. Since this doesn't store data in the cache, it is the best place to isolate browser issues. Kindly use either of the following shortcut keys:
 

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If it works, you can ask them to clear the browsing history of their regular web browser. This will remove previously-stored browsing data that might have caused the issue. Otherwise, you can try using other supported browsers to be thorough.

 

If in cae=se they no longer have the invite link, you may resend them a user invites. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Manage Users.
  3. Find the user you need to invite again.
  4. Select Resend invite in the Action column.
