CSV invoice importing only non-inventory items

Good day,
We have the plus option.
When I import a csv invoice file, it only imports the non-inventory items, it says it cannot find the inventory items, but they are there, they could be imported previously until I changed them to inventory, now it does not import those items.

I have tried to open QBO in a incognito mode with the same results, as well as many different browsers.

Any help with this issue will be appreciated.

Once imported, the file's contents should be visible in QBO. You're likely having format issues, which is why the inventory items don't appear.   1. Login to your QBO company, click on (?) Help.
  2. Choose either tab to get started:
