Thanks for visiting us here, @satya1. I'm here to share some steps on how you can view your dashboard in QuickBooks.

A regular browser's cache stores temporary internet files from your browsing history. However, as it collects too many files, this may cause performance issues in your account. You can clear your current browser’s cache to resolve this.

Go to your account by using a private browser or an incognito window, then try to check if it's not showing. If it works fine, clear the cache in the one that you're currently using.

Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you're able to see the dashboard page, let's go back to your main browser, then clear it's cache. This helps us refresh the program. You can also proceed by using other browsers if the steps above don’t work.

I've collected these articles that will guide you in organizing your dashboard displays in QuickBooks:
