Hello there, @towhidctg.

Let me share insights and steps to help manage your subscription.

In QuickBooks Online, there isn't a feature to temporarily pause a subscription. Instead, you have the option to cancel your account and then reactivate it at a later time when necessary.

To cancel your subscription, you can proceed as follows:

  1. Open a web browser on your computer, not a mobile device.
  2. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as the primary or company admin.
  3. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel Subscription or Cancel Online.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps.

Once you're back on your feet, you can refer to this article, which guides resubscribing to QuickBooks Online: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

If you have any further questions or need assistance with the cancellation and reactivation process, please don't hesitate to let us know. We're here to support you every step of the way.

Thanks for your assistance.

I have some inquiry,

1. Suppose If I cancel my subscriptions, during this time can I access my all data, Can I print old invoices, reports, outstanding reports?

2. If I resubscribe after 5 months then how much will charge? Is they will charge for 5 months together?

Thanks

Thanks for getting back to the thread. Allow me to chime in and share information to help clear things up for you.

In QuickBooks Online, if you cancel your subscription, you'll still have read-only access to your data for one year after cancellation. It means you can view and print your old invoices, reports, and outstanding reports, but you won't be able to make any changes.

If you resubscribe after (5) five months, QuickBooks Online will charge you the current subscription rate. They won't charge you for the (5) five months you were unsubscribed. However, it's always a good idea to check with QuickBooks customer support or refer to their official documentation for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
