Since your account is already beyond 90 days, you can manually delete all transactions and lists in QuickBooks Online. Allow me to guide you through the steps, wecare5.

First, start by deleting the sales transactions. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Sales menu, then proceed to the All sales tab.
  2. Find the invoice or sales transaction to delete.
  3. Click the dropdown ▼ under the Action column, then choose Delete.
  4. Choose Delete once again to confirm that you want to delete it.

Once you’re done, proceed to the Expenses menu and follow the same steps to remove vendor-related transactions.

Aside from that, there are also accredited third-party apps that offer additional features, such as deleting data, that can be synced with QBO. Follow these steps on how to find them:

  1. Go to the Apps menu and proceed to the Find Apps tab.
  2. Click the drop-down list for Browse category.
  3. Select a category that's related to managing data, then choose a category.
