Question

Do all recipients of e-mailed reports have to be registered users on qbo. as a user? Also under the pricing plan can you register/deregister a user.

eg under the qb essential plan once you register 5 users is that the limit until you further upgrade? In other words you cant delete one and add another?

I'm here to share some information about QuickBooks features, ropemckenna-gmai.

 

No. An email recipient doesn't have to be a QuickBooks users. You can enter any email address. 

 

As for the number of users, yes, once you've reached the limit, you can upgrade to add more. For QuickBooks Online Essentials, if you've already registered 3 users and you don't want to upgrade, you can delete and add another one.
