Thank you for reaching out about your concern, @m-yamada-kuraudi. I know the potential reason why activities you've performed in QuickBooks Online (QBO) have appeared under another user's name.

Given that your account has multiple users, you may have credentials similar to those of other users. This similarity could result in discrepancies in how the program identifies your account when recording actions in QBO.

To ensure your user profile is correctly associated with your activities, I recommend updating your Intuit account credentials. Here's how:

    1. Log in to your QBO account.
    2. Choose the correct company file, if you have multiple companies.
    3. On the upper right corner of your screen, click the blue icon with the first letter of your name.
    4. Select Manage your Intuit Account and hit Sign in & security.
    5. Double-check and update your user ID, e-mail associated with your account, password, and security question.

This step will update your Intuit account to ensure it's unique. You can also read this article to learn more about the process: Manage your Intuit Account online.

Additionally, QBO automatically creates specific user profiles to track certain actions in the Audit Log. If you don't recognize a user, it’s most likely one of these. Please navigate this learning material to understand why: Use the audit log in QBO.

Furthermore, if you need to add, delete, or give access to a user, you can reference this article. It provides more coverage on managing user roles and access: Manage users in QuickBooks.

As always, reply to this post if you need additional assistance managing the Audit Log feature in QBO or any of your QuickBooks goals. Please remember that we're always here to support you.
