Does anyone experience in updating the address and the "ARE" is showing?

I want to ensure you get the help you need in updating an address, Clarissa.
 
To be sure we're on the same page, I'd like to verify which part in QuickBooks Online you're trying to update an address that shows "ARE". Is it the address of your company, customer, vendor, or employee? Any extra information is much appreciated.

It would be also helpful if you could provide screenshots to give us a better understanding of the situation.
