Question

Done with the trial. I want to subscribe be I can't see subscription and billings under settings in my Android App. Help please.

Welcome to the Community space, Isakala. We'll help you subscribe to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Upon checking here on our end, the option you're trying to access isn't available inside the mobile version of QBO. Also, please know that the subscribe option depends on where you got the free trial version.

 

If you've signed up for the trial version using the QuickBooks web version, you'll need to log in to your company file using the web. However, if you got the free trial version through the Google Play Store, you'll want to head to the Play Store and subscribe to the program. We'll be happy to input the steps below to get you going.

 

For the web version, these are the steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. On the top-right corner, click the Gear icon and then select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. For your QuickBooks plan, select Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing info.
  4. Select Subscribe.

 

If you signed up for the free trial version in the app store, here's how to resubscribe:

 

  1. On your Android device, open the Google Play app.
  2. At the top right, tap your Profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions
  4. Select Subscriptions.
  5. For the subscription you want to restart, tap Resubscribe.
