Error, unable to add sales receipt, contact support. Have contacted support but it shows no result found. What should I do?

I'm here to help you with adding a sales receipt, obeproltd.

 

The piled-up cache in your regular browser can cause this unusual behavior when trying to add a sales receipt. Try using a private browser or an incognito window when adding a sales receipt from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. If it works, proceed and clear the cache in the one that you're currently using.

 

Here are the following keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

 

If it works, here's how to delete or disable cache and temporary internet files in your web browser. Once done clearing your browser's cache, restart your browser for the changes to take effect. If not, try using other browsers.
