Let me elaborate on some details about the subscription charge, Laiba.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) is based on a monthly subscription model and will charge automatically for the billing. Normally, If we can't charge the billing account, you'll receive an email about it telling you that the payment failed. With this, when payment cannot be completed it is often considered as bounced. Thus, your account may be suspended or canceled.

Also, you'll have to use the same payment method and billing frequency you had on your previous subscription to re-subscribe your QBO account. I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can guide you on what to do and ensure to get you back on track. Here's how to reach them:

  1. In your QuickBooks Online company, select (?) Help.
  2. Select either tab to get started:
    • Assistant: Get quick, personalised answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still chat to a human.
    • Search: Type a question, keyword, or topic for QuickBooks Online self-help content or select Contact Us, type a question, and Continue. Choose a way to connect with us:
      • Start a chat with a QuickBooks support expert online.

If in case your subscription is suspended, you'll be prompted to resubscribe as soon as you sign in to your QuickBooks account. Learn from this article for more details: Resubscribe To Or Reactive QuickBooks Online.
