Hello, @userrahul.bajaj.

You will have to make sure you have correctly mapped your trial balance, so we can avoid any error message when downloading the file.

You can use the sample file to fill in the necessary details and then map your fields to QuickBooks fields.

Let me show you how to:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Import data
  2. Select Trial Balance.
  3. You can click the Download a sample file link.
  4. To start importing, click Browse and click Next.
  5. Mapp your fields. Then, Next.
  6. Review the accounts before being imported.
  7. Click Import.

For more details about the process, please refer to this article: Import your Trial Balance in QuickBooks Online.

However, if the problem persists, let it perform a few basic troubleshooting steps to make sure the issue isn’t browser-related. Local internet cache files can be the reason for this unexpected behavior.

Let’s start logging in to QuickBooks using a private window. Here’s how:

•  Command + Shift + N (Safari)

•  Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)

•  Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)

If it works, you need to delete the cache from your browser. Here's an article to help you in the process: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

As an alternative, be sure to use other compatible browsers to make the most of your QuickBooks experience.
