I'll help you get rid of that error, likhitepradnya55.

This error usually appears when QuickBooks detects an incorrect company address. You can go to the Account and Settings page to verify and update your business information. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and settings.
  3. Select Company, then head to the Address section.
  4. Click the Edit icon, then update your address if needed.
  5. Hit Save, then Done.

If you still get the same error message, there may be an issue with the browser you're currently working on. Please try signing in to your QuickBooks account in a private/incognito window, then subscribe again. You can press the following shortcut keys to access this window:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
  • Command+ Shift + N for Safari

If it's now working well, you'll have to go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache to start over fresh. Switching to other supported browsers can also help isolate the issue.

In addition, I recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. This way, we look into your account in a safe environment and why check you've been deducted twice. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
  5. Select Send a message to start a conversation.

Lastly, I've enclosed an article that will help you manage your billing information, payment method, and plan subscription level: Update subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

Fill me in if you need more help in completing your other tasks in the program. I'm always here to back you up.
