For Subscription it asks to pay Rs. 423/- every month which we felt is little higher, last tym we paid around only 2,500/yr. could you help us with reduced subscription?

I'm here to help you and provide some insights on how to get around this issue. QBO offers a discounted price that's good for 3 or 6 months depending on the promo. After that, it'll go back to its original price. 

If you did not avail of our promo, I suggest contacting our Support team. They have the tools to check your account and review your subscription. You can follow these steps on how to reach out to them.

1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
2. From the QB Assistant, type in and enter Talk to a human.
3. Select Contact Support Team.
4. Enter Talk to a human again.
5. Select No, I still need help.
6. Click Contact Support Team.  
7. Then select Start a chat.
