I've got some steps to help you get past the error message and update your bank transactions in QuickBooks, @ganesh-g-service.

Banking error 109 indicates that your bank's website requires you to correct your password with them. To fix this, sign in to your bank's website using the old password you entered, then update your sign-in info in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your bank's website and update your password.
  2. Open and sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  3. Proceed to the Banking menu.
  4. Choose the blue bank square for the account you want to update.
  5. Click the Edit ✎ icon in the tile for the bank account.
  6. Choose Edit sign-in info.

  7. Update your password.
  8. Lastly, click Save and connect.

Once done, try to update your bank transactions. For more info, please see this article: Download the most recent bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online.

That should do it. Please let me know if there is anything you need about updating banking entries. I'll be glad to work with you whenever you need me. Have a nice day!
