Getting error at the time of trial upload. Below is the screen shot. It says there are 81 GLs need attention while checking all the GL are correctly mentioned

It seems that the screenshot was not attached successfully. When you see all of the correct GL, the error might be caused by a browser-related issue.

 

Let's do some troubleshooting steps to fix the error. Your browser might have stored a lot of caches, which can cause a series of problems. To do this, open an incognito or private browser. This will not save your browsing history.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

Then, sign in to your QuickBooks Online account and check if you are able to upload. If you're not getting the error, you can go back to your regular browser. Then, clear the cache to refresh the settings. Make sure to restart the browser afterwards.

 

Opening a different supported browser is an alternate solution too.
